Paris Air Show: GE Expects More Than $10 Billion Engine Orders

General Electric (GE)  the worlds biggest maker of jet engines expects to pick up more than $10 billion worth of orders during this weeks Paris Air Show.  Airline companies are facing rising cost in fuel which has them seeking more fuel efficient engines.  Orders for engine sizes will vary, but the primary focus will be in the narrow-body market.  GE is offering a new engine for the Airbus SAS A320neo single- aisle aircraft, which will be 15 percent more efficient than the current models.  To read more on the Paris Air Show click here.
