Airbus announced that Chilean carrier LAN Airlines has ordered 20 A320neo Air Craft, reports the Washington Post. The new A320neo is a single-aisle aircraft that uses 15 percent less fuel than the standard A320. The new A320neo has improved engines and modified wingtips. Since last December the A320neo has racked up more than 600 orders and commitments due to the rising fuel prices. To read more on the Paris Air Show click here.
